Nystagmus is a condition whereby a person suffers with involuntary, uncontrollable eye movements. That, perhaps, would be the best way to describe this film: an uncontrollable and involuntary journey that drifts amongst many dichotomies, from friendship to love, from the learned to the invented, from an "Oceanic Feeling" to the snow, from copying to appropriation, from the still to the moving image. It was constructed from the fragments of an intimate archive, filmed on dozens of Sundays.
